Everyone deserves a safe place to feel seen, heard, and supported. Let’s be real. Life is hard! Everyone struggles with the feelings of being lost, alone, or misunderstood sometimes.
That’s why I find it important to offer that safe space for women, the queer community, college students, those trying to recover from religious trauma, those affected by social injustice and those fighting for social justice.
“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”
-Brene Brown
Whether it’s depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life changes or transitions, and other issues often resulting from our experiences because of this world we live in we all need a safe place. We need a place to be vulnerable, to feel, find solace, grow, and learn. This is what I strive to provide each session.
I consider it a privilege to walk with someone on their journey.
