    Welcome!

Everyone deserves a safe place to feel seen, heard, and supported. Let’s be real. Life is hard! Everyone struggles with the feelings of being lost, alone, or misunderstood sometimes.

That’s why I find it important to offer that safe space for women, the queer community, college students, those trying to recover from religious trauma, those affected by social injustice and those fighting for social justice.

“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”
    -Brene Brown

Whether it’s depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life changes or transitions, and other issues often resulting from our experiences because of this world we live in we all need a safe place. We need a place to be vulnerable, to feel, find solace, grow, and learn. This is what I strive to provide each session.

I consider it a privilege to walk with someone on their journey.

    Who I am

    Hey! I’m Melissa. (She/Her)

    I’ve been a therapist for 6 years.

We all need a little help sometimes.

I am a compassionate, caring, judgement free counselor.

This is what I strive to provide each session. My passion is to support people where they are and hold a safe space to lighten the load of difficult situations and sources of conflict.

I value authenticity and I hold the belief that we can be whoever we want to be. If for only an hour a week, I want you to walk into session without judgement and feel comfortable in your own skin, to share what you want, feel how you feel, and leave feeling heard, seen, and valued.

You don’t have to be anything more than who you are right now.
